If your device is running MIUI Global Stable ROM, generally called Stock ROM, then please follow this procedure to install the theme.

1. Download and Install Mi Browser APK - Download here.
2. Open this page in Mi Browser.
3. Scroll down and tap on "OFFICIAL THEME STORE LINK".
4. You will be now redirected to the Theme Store to download the theme.
5. Now download the theme and apply it.

How to Apply MIUI Themes on Custom ROMs -
